Who has access and / or processes your data?
Your personal details are processed by some employees within Giuliano (for order processing and customer contact). We will never forward / sell / exchange your data to / with third parties for marketing purposes outside of Giuliano.
Data that are forwarded to others are only used to provide the services mentioned above, for example to PostNL in connection with the sending of your order, making payments and distributing the newsletter. We use servers within the Netherlands for the use of the webshop.
PostNL only has your name and address for delivery of a package. We will not pass on any other information (such as telephone number) to PostNL until you indicate that you wish..
YLMP (YourMailingListProvider) only uses your e-mail address and the language in which the web shop was located when you signed up.
How do we protect your personal data?
